Education, Experience and Skills:
- Graduating in spring 2022 with a BCOMM degree program or equivalent
- Proven effective customer service and relationship management skills
- Similar experience an asset, e.g. records management, data entry
- Advanced skills with Excel and Word and general proficiency Outlook
Specific Responsibilities:
Some key responsibilities include the following:
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for management-level decision support
- Analyze past results, identify trends, and produce recommendations for the improvement of various processes
- Assist with the daily and monthly data collection, analysis, and reconciliation
- Develop business proposals, board meeting materials, and presentations
- Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and comparable valuation analysis
- Assist with the maintenance and security of Pateno and Bitvo as well as customer support troubleshooting
- Increase productivity by developing automated reporting and forecasting tools
- Assist in client onboarding process, including ensuring completeness of applications and supporting documentation
- Maintain client records including electronic and physical records, verifying accuracy of records and other documents
- Highly accurate and timely completion of data entry (new entries or changes) into various systems
- Day to day execution and ongoing support of new customer activities (e.g. new customer profile creation, transaction monitoring and posting of entries)
- Assist the Chief Anti-Money Laundering Officer with on-going client monitoring and review
- Adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Responding to inquires and providing information to internal and external individuals
- Other duties as assigned
